{"id":109,"date":"2011-11-15T23:58:47","date_gmt":"2011-11-16T04:58:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/putrescence.org\/wordpress\/?p=109"},"modified":"2011-11-15T23:58:47","modified_gmt":"2011-11-16T04:58:47","slug":"started-taking-stinky-apart","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.putrescence.org\/?p=109","title":{"rendered":"Started Taking Stinky Apart"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With DiRTy&#8217;s battery, I was able to get Stinky started quite easily.\u00a0 It bogs out when you hit the gas, and there&#8217;s something clunking around in there somewhere.\u00a0 But it does seem to start up and idle very nicely.<\/p>\n<p>I moved the battery back to DiRTy and suddenly the car wouldn&#8217;t start.\u00a0 I put the battery on the charger for a couple hours and still nothing.\u00a0 I&#8217;m not sure what the deal is with Stinky, but I think it killed the battery.\u00a0 I got my revenge by starting the dis-assembly process.\u00a0 The battery tray is toast, the left side headlight is busted up a bit, and I think the cruise module is a bit suspect, as the cruise cable to disconnected from the throttle body.\u00a0 I was able to get the right headlight and turn signal off as well as the grill piece.\u00a0 Both of those seemed fine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With DiRTy&#8217;s battery, I was able to get Stinky started quite easily.\u00a0 It bogs out when you hit the gas, and there&#8217;s something clunking around in there somewhere.\u00a0 But it does seem to start up and idle very nicely.
